G.S. Engineering was established in Hervey Bay in 1970. We operate from 194 Boat Harbour Drive, Pialba, directly opposite Bunnings. Doug Baldwin purchased the
business in 1981. He has worked in the metal fabrication business for over 40 years, having completed an apprenticeship in New South Wales.
David Long, (a born-and-bred local) the Foreman/Manager, has been employed here for over 20 years. He is responsible for all the day to day operations of the business
including quoting, on-site measuring and organising the qualified workers and apprentices we employ.
We continually employ apprentices from the local area, usually starting a new one every two or three years. We supply the handy man to the local builder through to
big construction companies.
We are proud to be associated with many Hervey Bay and Maryborough projects.
